These policies are designed to protect both you and our business by ensuring a clear, fair, and transparent process for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds. A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window to provide you with flexibility and peace of mind. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which it arrived—unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage not caused during shipment. B. No Return Label Included
If you opened your package and noticed that no return label is included, don’t worry—this is normal. To reduce waste and avoid unnecessary paper usage, we do not include physical return labels in our shipments. Instead, simply email us at support@britishtransit.com and our support team will guide you through the steps for creating a return or exchange request. We are always happy to assist and will make sure you receive the correct instructions promptly.
C. Return Process
Starting a return is quick and straightforward. Please contact us at support@britishtransit.com and include the following details so we can process your request efficiently:

– Proof of purchase (such as a screenshot of your order confirmation)
– A short explanation of why you would like to return the product
If you are requesting a refund or replacement due to a defect, damage, or other quality-related issue, please attach clear photos or a short video that shows the issue. This visual proof allows us to speed up the review process and provide a resolution faster. Once we receive and confirm your return shipment—typically within 24 hours of delivery—we will send you an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved. Refunds are usually issued within 14 days. However, please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account.
D. Damaged And Wrong Products Or Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will gladly assist with an exchange. E. Exchanges
We currently support exchanges only for defective items, items shipped in error, incorrect sizes, or products that arrive damaged. Our team will ensure that you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
F. Refunds
When we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it carefully. We will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, we will issue the refund within 14 days using your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the posting, as processing speeds vary across financial institutions.
G. Cancellations
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. After this 4-hour period, your order may already be in processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Because our fulfillment team begins preparing orders quickly, we strongly encourage reviewing your address and personal details carefully before placing your order. If an incorrect address results in delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for any associated losses.
