By placing an order through Britishtransit, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and to help you clearly understand our return and refund process. These terms apply to orders shipped within the United States.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Don’t Have a Return Label?
No worries — we don’t include return labels in our packages. Simply contact us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you with your return or exchange request.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at [email protected]. Include the following details in your message:
- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or screenshot)
- Reason for return
- Photo or video showing the issue (for damaged or defective items)
Once we receive and review your return (typically within 24 hours), we’ll confirm via email. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or wrong-size item, we’re happy to offer a replacement at no cost. Please contact us at [email protected] with supporting photos or videos of the issue.
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective, incorrect, or wrong-size items. If you’d like to make an exchange, email us at [email protected].
Note: Return shipping is free for items that are damaged or defective.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund.
7. Cancellations
To cancel your order and receive a full refund, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellations may not be possible due to order processing status.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Incorrect address submissions that result in failed delivery are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding.
